The Farming Kit contains:

• 3 x Tasks for independent learning. Task cards are designed to be read in two parts. Part 1 provides a child-centred task. Part 2 gives adult helpers background, tips, tricks and suggestions for how to extend and enrich  the experience.

• 3 x Concept Cards put three important ideas related to the kit into plain English. Our aim is to leave you feeling informed and well read before you begin the role of teacher with your kids.

• 44 x Maths tokens - Create patterns, solve problems, make mathematical statements, sort, categorise, compare, play shops, exchange as coins or use as memory aids.

• 15 x ‘Great Question Cards’: Open ended questions with no right answer are the best way to get kids talking, reasoning, laughing and arguing.
