DairyNZ has partnered with House of Science to create a new science resource kit called “Moo to You”.

The kit teaches students about dairy farming through science. They’ll grow their own pastures, make silage, and participate in a hands-on activity that explores and compares the stomachs and digestive processes of humans and cows.

We’ve also worked to update the existing Climate Change, Land and Water Analysis kits to include balanced dairy content. House of Science work with over 470 schools across the country, seeing more than 10,000 students a week accessing these hands-on learning experiences.
